Mr. Szalay joined MTS in 2018. Prior to joining MTS, he served as a Submarine Warfare Officer in the United States Navy.
He was educated at the University of Notre Dame, with a BA from the Mendoza College of Business. He completed his MBA at the Wharton School (Pennsylvania).
