Dennis Conroy joined MTS in 2013 as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer bringing with him over 15 years of financial services experience in public and private firms. Prior to joining MTS, Mr. Conroy served as the Senior Vice President of Finance for a boutique investment bank focused on the municipal market and was responsible for the firm’s finance and compliance functions.

Previously, Mr. Conroy held multiple titles with the first public company to combine tax and financial planning services, including Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. During his tenure as Chief Accounting Officer, he was responsible for the human resources, administration and IT functions in addition to the firm’s public reporting and finance function.

Mr. Conroy is a graduate of SUNY with a BBA in Accounting and holds an MBA from Pace University. Additionally he holds a FINRA Series 7, 24, 27 and 99.
