Victoria Flores brings over two decades of experience supporting senior executives in both financial services and private family office environments. Prior to joining MTS Health Partners, she served as Executive Personal Assistant and Chief of Staff at Koppenberg Management, a New York-based family office, where she oversaw all business and household operations for the CEO. Her responsibilities included managing charter aviation logistics, coordinating complex domestic and international travel, liaising with vendors across multiple residences, and assisting with investment due diligence and special initiatives.

Previously, Victoria spent nearly 15 years at Katz Capital, a broker-dealer serving top-tier hedge funds, where she managed business and personal affairs for the CEO and trading team. Earlier in her career, she was a Hedge Fund Consulting Associate at Morgan Stanley Prime Brokerage, advising over 50 hedge funds on business operations, talent acquisition, and organizational strategy.

She holds a B.S. in Political Science from Texas Woman’s University, an M.B.A. with a concentration in International Business from the University of Dallas, and completed executive education at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. She is fluent in Spanish.
