Ms. O’Hearn joined MTS in August of 2022 as an Executive Assistant to the Founding Partner, Curtis Lane and the Chief of Staff, Danielle O’Hara. She worked in both casting and recruiting before supporting the CEO of a global trading firm prior to joining MTS. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing and Economics from New York University.
