NEW YORK, Nov. 15, 2017 /PRNewswire/ — MTS Health Partners, L.P. (MTS), a solely healthcare focused, independent, New York-based investment bank, is announcing that David Low has joined the firm as a partner.

Mr. Low has joined the MTS leadership team of ten partners and will be focusing on the life sciences sector. He brings nearly three decades of life sciences focused investment banking experience, including advising on M&A and equity financing strategies for biotech, pharmaceutical and medical device companies globally.

Prior to joining MTS, Mr. Low was a senior advisor at Lazard. During his fifteen year tenure with Lazard, Mr. Low built and led Lazard’s San Francisco life sciences team. Significant transactions include Sumitomo Dainippon Pharma Co., Ltd.’s acquisition of Tolero Pharmaceuticals, Inc., the integration of Stallergenes, S.A. and Ares Life Sciences’ Greer Laboratories Inc., Amgen Inc.’s acquisition of Onyx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Prior to joining Lazard, Mr. Low worked at JPMorgan and Lehman Brothers where he advised on a range of life sciences transactions.

Mr. Low received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University, his M.A. in international economics from Johns Hopkins University and his M.B.A from Yale University.
